I had called to order flowers for a funeral scheduled for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. She was out of flowers because of the holiday but she assured me she would order flowers, get them Saturday morning, make the arrangement and have it to Hot Springs before the funeral. She did absolutely that and they were beautiful. She went way above and beyond what I would have expected.
